Board of Directors

Daniel Donghui Li has served as our director and Chairman of the Board of Directors since November 2021. Mr.Li serves as Chief Executive Officer of Geely Holding Group. Prior to joining Geely, Mr. Li served as GM at Cummins Generator Technologies China, and the Board Director and Senior Vice President & CFO at BMW Brilliance.

Qingfeng Feng has served as our director and Chief Executive Officer since our inception.  Since joining Geely Holding Group in 1999, he has worked in sales, manufacturing, supply chain, quality management and R&D, among other areas. He is Senior Vice President of Geely Holding Group. Formerly, he served as CTO and VP at Geely Holding Group and the GM at Geely Auto Sales.

Alexious Kuen Long Lee has served as the Chief Financial Officer since our inception and our director since November 2021. Mr. Lee is Chairman of ESG Committee of the company. He has extensive experience in the onshore and offshore capital market. Prior to joining LOTUS, he served as the Managing Director, Head of China Capital Access at CITIC-CLSA, and the China Research Strategist at Jefferies.

Ooi Teik Huat has served as our director since January 2023. Mr.Ooi is the director of Meridian Solutions Sdn Bhd. Formerly, he served as the head of corporate finance at Pengkalen Securities Sdn Bhd, and manager of corporate advisory department at Malaysian International Merchant Bankers Berhad.

Nathan Ning Yu has served as our director since July 2022. He has 30 years of working experience in the automotive industry. He currently serves as the Managing Partner of Zhongqing Capital. Formerly, he served as the Managing Partner of NIO Capital for five years. Before joining NIO Capital, he was the Vice President of Geely Holding Group, and CEO of Fiat Powertrain Technologies in Asia Pacific.

Ada Yunfeng Yan has served as our independent director since February 2024. Formerly, she served at Shell as cluster finance manager at Shell China/HK Lubricant Sales and Marketing business, regional finance manager at Shell Lubricant Supply Chain Asia Pacific and Middle East, and the CFO of Tongyi Lubricant Oil Company (a Shell joint venture). Ms. Yan has been a member of ACCA since 1999, the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant since 2002, and FCCA since 2004.

Anish Melwani has served as our independent director since February 2024. He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, LVMH North America, and an independent director of L Catterton Asia Acquisition Corp. In this role, he oversees and coordinates the activities of the LVMH Group across more than 75 Maisons. Mr. Melwani is a member of the board of directors for Fresh Cosmetics, Inc., Marc Jacobs Holdings LLC, Colgin Cellars LLC, Starboard Cruise Services, Inc., and Tiffany & Co.
